Hawthorn House Day Care

Day care services aim to provide flexible services for adults with physical disabilities, frail older people and people with dementia to meet their social, psychological and physical needs, supporting individuals to live life to their maximum potential while remaining within their own home and community. The day care centre is a welcoming secure environment all set on the ground floor, with a number of areas where people can relax and socialise. It has a range of activity rooms, medical treatment rooms, private space to deliver personal care, a tailored garden accessible from all public rooms and a hairdressers.
